Charity Connections – People & Businesses Supporting FACE

Charity Connections – People & Businesses Supporting FACE.  We survive with the support from people, businesses, communities and companies making donations to FACE.  The support received by FACE helps us to maintain peoples independence.  We are always looking for further community support, if you can help us with a donation then please call on 07483 150330 or complete our contact form.

In May 2023, FACE received £3500 from the Garfield Weston Foundation based in London. FACE is very thankful and appreciate the help and support received.

National Lottery Community Fund awarded FACE with a £9300 grant in support of the good work we carry out and to ensure that FACE continues to support the local community. Thank you!

As a member, every time you shop at Co-op, 1% of what you spend on selected own-brand products and services goes to the local community fund.

The money raised by all the members in your community, together with money from shopping bag sales, helps to fund local projects in the area where you live.  Any money raised by members who don’t select a cause is added to the money raised from shopping bag sales and shared equally between the causes in their local area.

We choose new causes every 12 months.  FACE was one of the chosen charities in 2017-2018 for the Sittingbourne stores.  Within this time £4000 was raised for FACE.

Kent Community Foundation connects people who care with local causes that matter.

Kent Community Foundation is part of a national network of 46 Community Foundations committed to improving the lives of local people and communities, particularly the most vulnerable, isolated and disadvantaged.

FACE was awarded a Core Cost grant in 2023. This was awarded from the Kent Reliance Provident Society Community Fund. FACE is very thankful and appreciate the help and support received.

The Philip and Connie Phillips Foundation makes grants to support Kent charities who demonstrate their impact on the health and wellbeing of their local community. FACE received a grant of £7,000 in November 2023 and we are very grateful for the support from this relatively new foundation.

In February 2023 we received a grant from Colyer Fergusson Charitable Trust valid for the next 3 years. This is great help and it shows FACE can prove its sustainability in the future.

The Allen Lane Foundation funds small registered charities, voluntary groups, and charitable organisations.

FACE has been awarded £3000 towards running costs of the charity for the year 2021/2022.  We are very thankful.
